At Dope Pickleball Co., we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your paddle or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the tracking number is scanned so we can monitor your return's progress.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
